Studio
Combine machines or apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Barrel), with Mat work of Pilates, accelerates and facilitates the improvement in performance, execution and position of the clients, adapting to any person whatever is physical level. The results are faster and more spectacular, getting a stronger body and with a greater facility to move.

It is imperative to complete the Program of Mat before acceding to the one of Studio.
The program of Studio consists of 3 blocks or levels of formation (Studio I, Studio II y Studio III). Each block is completed in a single intensive weekend (Friday, Saturday Sunday).

METHODOLOGY
Theoretical parts and theoretical-practice parts will be combined. The exercises will be internalized by individual practice, the technical study and the instruction to partners. Real cases of different conditions and situations, next to daily practice will be study and solve.
Studio I

• Systematic Programming exercises for beginner level.

• Beginner’s Reformer. Adaptations, transitions and progressions.
• Individual Needs. Body analysis and anatomical review.
• Exercises in Cadillac, Chair and Wall.
• Introduction to Studio II (Progressions).

The formation of this level will be made in 2 weekends spaced enough to practice and assimilate concepts.

• Progressions and similarities.
• Introduction to pathologies and special cases.
